Absolutely Brilliant Escape Rooms!!! Recommend VERY HIGHLY! We played the Smugglers game today and it was phenomenal. I’ve played a lot of Escape Rooms and this room was definitely in my all time favourites list! The attention to detail in the theming was second to none. The puzzles were unique, challenging and immensely varied making for a very entertaining game. I loved the various mechanics employed to make each puzzle unique while closely encapsulating the theme! What’s more is the Escape Rooms are dog friendly and allowed us to bring our four legged helper. The experience was further enhanced by the loveliest hosts! I’ll definitely be back very soon to tackle the Abandoned Academy!
Had such a wonderful experience here! My partner and I tackled both the Abandoned Academy & Smugglers rooms back to back and I genuinely loved both games! Lovely quality feel to the props, the puzzles were great fun and logical, and both rooms had an immersive atmosphere. The hosts were absolutely lovely and clearly passionate about what they do. Highly recommend!
Absolutely fab wee night with the workies. Been to a few escape rooms around Scotland and this was one of the best. The owner/creator was so friendly and had a lovely chat with us afterwards. Clearly so passionate about what they do and loads of exciting additions in the pipeline. We will definitely be back

What is an escape room?
It’s exactly what it says on the tin. Escape rooms are immersive, interactive, game experiences where you and a team are locked in a room (or rooms) for a fixed period of time. Inside you will find a series of riddles, puzzles and clues which will help you find your way out. It’s up to you to escape In Time!
Do I need a reservation?
Yes, our games require advanced booking of at least 4 hours through our website but we may be able to accommodate at shorter notice so give us a call on 07543577987.
Do I have to arrive in advance?
Please arrive 5 minutes before your time slot so your game can start right on time. Late arrival could result in us having to reduce your game time so as not to impact following guests’ bookings.
What if I’m late, can I still play?
If you’re running late please let us know as soon as possible by calling 07543577987. If you arrive up to 15 minutes late we will normally be able to let you proceed with your booking. If it is more that 15 minutes we would be able to let you proceed but we will have to start your game-time clock, or cancel your game (no refund will be due for this).
Can I reschedule?
We can occasionally reschedule (change your time/date) your booking providing we are notified at least 24 hours before your booked time. We cannot, however, guarantee that the alternative time/date you are looking for will be available.
We have a strict No Refund policy once a booking has been placed. Please be aware of this before you book your reservation.

An extra player wants to join our team. Is that ok?
Providing the team size does not exceed our games capacities you can bring as many extra players as you like and simply pay on arrival for the extra participants.

How many people can play?
Each game is for a different team size, but we will always do our best to accommodate your group size so please get in touch to discuss. Our Smugglers game is for 2-6 players.
Are there any age restrictions?
There are no age restrictions however we do not recommend our games to groups where all players are under 10. Younger players can accompany mixed age group teams
Players under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
How long does it take to complete?
Our games last 60 minutes, however, this does not include your introduction time so if you are making plans for after your game we recommend allowing 90 minutes from your start time.
What happens if we get stuck or can’t solve the clues?
We are here to help! You can always ask for hints and clues so you will never be completely stuck and we don’t penalise you for help so you can have as much or as little as you need.
Will I really be locked in? Can I play if I am claustrophobic?
Yes, but an emergency exit is available in all our games, so you will always be able to leave the room at any time.
If you suffer from claustrophobia give us a call to discuss the games as some are in larger, lighter rooms than others which might make you more comfortable. You will always have the power to leave the room.
Is this a haunted house? Is it scary?
No. This isn’t a haunted house and our current games are not scary.
Do I need to bring or wear anything in particular?
Nope. We recommend comfortable clothing, but you can wear whatever you want!
Where is it?
We are located on 18 Hope Street in Ayr (KA7 1LT), on the 2ndfloor. Please note we don’t have disabled access to this property.
